Bob
Farber, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Farber has more than 30 years of experience in technology businesses, including building and supervising national sales organizations, software product management groups, and technical support teams.
Mr. Farber was Symark's first
employee and built the company's
sales operation from a staff
of one to an organization that
conducts business with clients
throughout the United States
and internationally. Prior to
joining Symark, Mr. Farber was
the Manager of Technical Support
Operations for Candle Corporation.
During an 11-year tenure at
Informatics General Corporation,
he held various positions in
technical support, product management,
and sales.

John
Kendrick, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Kendrick brings over 25 years of finance and corporate administrative experience to Symark. Until recently, Mr. Kendrick was part owner and CFO of Broadcast Media Group, LLC, an owner and operator of television and radio stations. From 1993-1997, Mr. Kendrick was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Heftel Broadcasting, Inc., a publicly held Spanish-language radio broadcasting company where he successfully managed their IPO and the acquisition of 18 radio stations. Subsequently, Clear Channel, Inc. acquired controlling interest in Heftel Broadcasting.
Prior to Heftel, Mr. Kendrick
was a senior financial executive
in the motion picture and computer
software industries, including
20th Century Fox Films and Informatics.
Mr. Kendrick is a CPA and holds
an MBA from UCLA.

Anita
Rose, Senior Vice President, Sales Ms. Rose has 20 years of experience in both domestic and international sales, including a solid background in systems administration software. Ms. Rose is currently responsible for managing Symark’s worldwide sales organization and has been instrumental in increasing sales year over year since joining Symark in 1995. In 2003, she was tasked with growing Symark’s international sales business. Under her direction, Symark’s international sales grew 540% in three years.
Ms. Rose has been responsible
for building dynamic sales organizations
and has extensive experience
with field sales, telesales,
business development and channel
sales. She has held a number
of executive positions at various
companies including Intersecting
Concepts and Executive Software.

Dick
DeVillers, Vice President of Technology Mr. DeVillers has more than 15 years of experience managing and directing technology development organizations. Mr. DeVillers oversees all aspects of Symark's software development, technical support and quality assurance for the Power Series products. He is responsible for product development schedules, resource allocation and planning, and product life-cycle management.
Prior to joining Symark, Mr.
DeVillers spent over 10 years
in management positions at Computer
Associates (Platinum Technology);
most recently as Division Vice
President. He has also worked
in Information Systems at Arthur
D. Little, Price Waterhouse
and Arthur consulting.

Ellen
Libenson, Vice President of Product
Marketing Ms. Libenson has over 20 years of experience in product marketing, product management, and marketing communications for hi-tech companies. She has held management positions at leading providers of enabling technologies and enterprise software applications that have focused on delivering solutions to major corporations in the Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Manufacturing industries.
Ms. Libenson oversees all aspects
of Symark’s strategic marketing
programs. She is currently responsible
for product marketing, product
management, and marketing communications.
Prior to joining Symark, Ms.
Libenson was vice president
of marketing at Thinque Systems,
where her marketing efforts
contributed to that start-up’s
ability to win major Fortune
500 accounts. Before assuming
her marketing leadership role
at Thinque, Ms. Libenson held
director of marketing positions
at New Era of Networks, Inc.
(NEON), SeeBeyond Technology
Corporation (NASDAQ: STCS),
and MAI Systems Corporation
(AMEX: NOW).
