John Mutch, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mutch has been in the technology industry for more than 25 years and has a long track record of building and leading successful companies. Prior to joining Symark as CEO in 2008, Mr. Mutch was a founder and managing partner of MV Advisors, LLC, a strategic block investment firm which provides focused investment and strategic guidance to small and mid-cap technology companies.

Prior to founding MV Advisors, Mr. Mutch was the President and CEO of Peregrine Systems and successfully restructured the company culminating in the sale of Peregrine to Hewlett-Packard in December of 2005 for $425 million. Prior to running Peregrine, Mr. Mutch served as President and CEO of HNC Software, an enterprise analytics software provider. Under his leadership, the company nearly doubled revenue and successfully spun out Retek in an IPO which returned more than $2.5 billion to shareholders. HNC Software was sold to Fair Isaac Corporation in August of 2002 for $825 million.

Prior to HNC, Mr. Mutch spent seven years at Microsoft Corporation in a variety of executive sales and marketing positions. He is currently Chairman of the Board at Aspyra (AMEX:APY), and serves as a director at both Adaptec Inc. (Nasdaq: ADPT) and Edgar Online (NASDAQ:EDGR). Mr. Mutch holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. from Cornell University where he serves on the advisory board for the undergraduate school of business.

Mr. Kendrick brings over 25 years of finance and corporate administrative experience to Symark. Until recently, Mr. Kendrick was part owner and CFO of Broadcast Media Group, LLC, an owner and operator of television and radio stations. From 1993-1997, Mr. Kendrick was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Heftel Broadcasting, Inc., a publicly held Spanish-language radio broadcasting company where he successfully managed their IPO and the acquisition of 18 radio stations. Subsequently, Clear Channel, Inc. acquired controlling interest in Heftel Broadcasting.

Prior to Heftel, Mr. Kendrick was a senior financial executive in the motion picture and computer software industries, including 20th Century Fox Films and Informatics. Mr. Kendrick is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and holds an MBA from UCLA.

Mr. Collier is a technology industry veteran, having lead several high growth technology companies. He is currently responsible for sales, marketing, product support and product management initiatives at Symark.

Prior to joining Symark, Mr. Collier served as president and CEO of Electronic Sensor Technology, in Thousand Oaks, CA, which focuses on the homeland defense and border security market.

Prior to his tenure at Electronic Sensor Technology, Mr. Collier was the president and principal of Camarillo, CA – based SAFER Systems Software, where he spearheaded significant growth and helped expand the company’s portfolio of customers to state and local government, the international government sector, all major U.S. railroads, leading chemical and petro-chemical companies, as well as many other Fortune 100 companies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Collier served as the youngest big city mayor in the U.S. as the chief executive of Flint, Michigan when he was elected to that post. He holds degrees from the United States Military Academy at West Point and from Harvard University.

Mr. Kelley brings more than 13 years of experience in the high technology and security software industries to Symark where he is responsible for business development and strategic planning activities.

Prior to joining Symark, Mr. Kelley served in senior product management and strategic alliances roles for Websense, a leading security software provider, where he was responsible for their web and e-mail security product lines, contributed to the acquisition of SurfControl, and developed revenue-driven OEM relationships with companies like Cisco Systems, Network Appliance and Blue Coat Systems. Prior to joining Websense, Mr. Kelley worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he was responsible for leading IT strategy and implementation projects for Global 1000 companies.

Mr. Kelley holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Rose has 20 years of experience in both domestic and international sales, including a solid background in systems administration software. Ms. Rose is currently responsible for managing Symark's worldwide sales organization and has been instrumental in increasing sales year over year since joining Symark in 1995. In 2003, she was tasked with growing Symark's international sales business. Under her direction, Symark's international sales grew 540% in three years.

Ms. Rose has been responsible for building dynamic sales organizations and has extensive experience with field sales, telesales, business development and channel sales. She has held a number of executive positions at various companies including Intersecting Concepts and Executive Software.
   
Saurabh Bhatnagar, Vice President of Product Management
Saurabh Bhatnagar, Vice President of Product Management
Mr. Bhatnagar brings nearly a decade of experience in the security and enterprise technology solutions spaces to Symark, where he is responsible for driving product and market strategies for profitable billings growth.

Prior to joining Symark, Mr. Bhatnagar served in senior product management and strategic alliances roles at Websense, a leading security software provider, including management of their data leak prevention and e-mail security (software and SaaS) product lines. Mr. Bhatnagar also led key aspects of the integration of the PortAuthority and SurfControl acquisitions, and drove strategic alliances and go-to-market programs with multiple technology vendors including Microsoft and Check Point. Prior to joining Websense, Mr. Bhatnagar worked as a marketing consultant with Hewlett Packard where he drove region-wide technology alliances and enterprise solution marketing programs for Asia-Pacific.

Mr. Bhatnagar holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
